The Gadsden Elementary School District Business Department provides our employees, vendors, and community members with all the necessary assistance it takes to manage the business operations of our district. Some of our services include purchasing, payroll, benefits, and budget management.

It is our goal to create efficient and accurate financial services for our district administrators, Governing Board, vendors and the community.

Financial Transparency

In accordance with Arizona revised statutes §41-725 which requires us to provide financial transparency, and in keeping with the district's policy of full disclosure, we are providing information to the district's taxpayers for their review. The Annual Financial Report (AFR) is a report of expenditures made and revenues received for the School Year beginning July 1st and ending June 30th of the following year.
