Welcome to the ELL Department

The English Language Development Department strives to support and educate all non-native English speakers to become fully proficient in English in order to become successful citizens in our dynamic society.

Our program serves students who have taken the AZELLA (English Language Proficiency Exam) and have tested less than proficient in English in Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening.  If the student qualifies for the EL Program, the student is placed into the program.  A parent meeting/notification form will quickly follow to officially place the student into the program.
