This morning, the Gadsden ESD #32 dedicated the Gadsden Elementary School Music Room to Mr. Leobardo "Papo" Neblina. 🎺✨
Mr. Neblina's guidance, talent, and commitment to foster musical excellence will continue through these walls... enriching the lives of everyone who enters. The Gadsden ESD #32 is honored for the legacy he left behind as he inspired over 13,000 students within our district. Thank you for your tremendous contributions and support you devoted to our community.

In honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday, March is designated as 📚National Reading Month. 📚Where all our GESD schools had the opportunity to have a special visit from different guests around Yuma County and have a book read to them.

Today, the Southwest Junior High School (SWJH News) Math Counts organized an amazing opportunity for students to showcase their Mathematics skills, their 1st Annual "Math Bee."🐝✨
Where a total of 94 students participated, 12 students from every school within our district. Congratulations to all of those who were brave & bold enough to accept this challenge. 👏🏼
& a BIG congratulations to our top 3 finalists.

In case you missed out on yesterday's Governing Board Meeting, here is what happened:
⭐Tony Reyes, Executive Director Comite De Bien Estar, Inc. brought in a donation for our Gadsden Elementary School District #32 Marching Band, for their upcoming London, England trip in December 2024. Thank you for your contributions Mr. Reyes, we appreciate all the support given to our students.✨
⭐Ed Pastor Elementary School Odyssey of the Mind is going to state! Thank you to our mentors, Ms. Carla Hernandez & Mr. Joel Avila for supporting our students. Let's bring home the win!!✨👏🏼
⭐San Luis Middle School 2023-2024 Odyssey of the Mind is also going to state, a big shout out to Ms. Elvira Hurtado for being their awesome mentor! As well as, students, Evolet Gonzalez & Andrea Gallegos spoke about their experience regarding the Yuma County Chamber of Commerce National Civics Bee, as they are the top 18 students chosen out of 100 students to advance to the next round!
Congratulations to our hardworking Scorpions for turning their curiosity into creativity! We are proud of you all, can't wait to see what mountains you conquer.🦂✨
